Who we are, where we come from and what we're doing
IZEapps Ltd was created five years ago to provide a product design & development service spanning hardware & software. We are a husband and wife team who have worked together for over 30 years.
Stephen Cox has 40 years international product management experience working with both start-ups & large corporates.
Sally Jay has 35 years experience in programming, covering app development, firmware and cloud support.
An important influence on this project is Enki, a prominent deity in Sumerian mythology recognised as the god of water, knowledge, crafts, and creation. Enki is associated with wisdom, intelligence, mischief, healing, and fertility, often depicted as a compassionate and nurturing figure who uses his wisdom for the benefit of humanity.
The enki-o system is being developed to include solar powered sensors & valves for easy DIY fitting to water butts. By monitoring weather forecasts and rainwater collection, the system can either recommend or automatically open a valve to disperse water prior to a storm event.
